On Thursday 8th September, the Year Five students enjoyed taking part in an incursion entitled Restoran Indonesia. Students used this opportunity to practise their language skills to converse with our talented Year Nine waiters. Students used Indonesian language to order food and drink, express an opinion about the tastes, use polite language and pay for their meal, using rupiah.
Mia Lockwood, Logan Budimir. Maddison Sbaglia and Hiral Maru served the students a choice of nasi goreng with chicken sate or mie goreng and chicken sate with efficiency, excellent language skills and professionalism. Max Bell also joined us for the afternoon session to serve food. All our Middle School students were a credit to the School.
