Cancer Council Morning Tea

On Thursday 14th June 2018 the P&F Association held a Cancer Council Morning Tea. Parents, friends & teachers were all invited to come along and share a cup of tea and a bite to eat.

We were fortunate enough to have two of our wonderful parents offer to speak at our Morning Tea.

A big thank you must go out to Jo Marks and Suret Nel who both gave us incredibly heart felt and emotional talks. I know I speak for all that attended and would like to say thank you and wish you both all the best on your journey’s ahead.

Also thank you to Claudia Jenkins from Jenks & Co Blooms for your donation of flowers, and to Danielle Palmer-Smith for your donation of beautiful candles. These all went towards our raffle.

The morning tea raised $142.55 which has gone directly to Cancer Council WA.

Primary School Disco

Friday 15th June 2018 saw another Primary School Disco. It was a fun filled evening with balloons, dancing, hot dogs and Pirates!

The Kindy – Year 1 students had a ball dancing and playing with all of the balloons.

Our DJ Mitchel Byrne did a fantastic job as he always does and gave away lots of prizes for the best dancers and more.

Check out our Pirates that made a guest appearance!

A congratulations goes to our Year 5 & 6 disco. It was your year groups that had the best attendance this time so a big high 5 to you.

Best of all, the disco has raised funds to help with the upgrade of the Nature Playground.

We look forward to seeing work start on this Play Ground with the first addition being the Flying Fox from the money raised at the Colour Run!

If anyone has any queries in regard to the P&F please feel free to email me anytime I am only too happy to help pf@pmacs.wa.edu.au
We look forward to seeing you around school!
