The Term Two Middle School Awards Assembly was held on Friday of Week 10. The Assembly was a reminder of student success and activity in the Middle School over the term. From Language Awards, to Social Sciences Awards, a Library Competition winner, a celebration of our Term Two CAS success and a musical delight, the Assembly did not disappoint! Louie Reglar delighted us with his performance of ‘Autumn Leaves’ on the saxophone. He was accompanied by 'Musomix' staff. Our second musical item was from our Rock Band who performed “The Pretender” by The Foo Fighters. The musicians - Byron Horgan, Jacob Budd Doyle and Harry Buck were led vocally by pre-service Music Teacher, Miss Chitty. The musical items were of an extremely high standard.
The Middle School Term Two Honours Awards were presented, as always, to students who demonstrate the School's Values and have achieved their personal best. The term’s winners were Daniel Holding (9.6) and Gabriella Grey (9.2).
