The Middle and Senior School Inter-House Cross Country Carnivals took place on Monday 26th March. Blue Chip Timing system was used again to ensure all students received an instantaneous, accurate time. Moreover, offering a professional look with the use of individual numbers for students. The weather on the day was overcast with intermittent rain and strong winds. However, this did not deter the athletes and it was impressive to see the efforts and participation rates of students.
For the fourth year the Inter-House Cross Country Carnivals was run on the School’s North Oval. As with previous years, all Middle School students participated in their Year groups. Senior School students ran time trials in Physical Education lessons and selected students were chosen to run in the Carnival. The remaining students from Senior School ran an inner loop track of 400m, earning a House point for each lap completed.
